Job Description
The Product Manager Generalist will lead the launch and ongoing development of the pi platform, focusing on executing product releases, gathering user insights, and establishing frameworks for long-term success in delivering environmental impact data tools and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive launch execution and post-launch user insights for the pi platform
- Build frameworks and processes to ensure long-term product management success
- Refine and scale the pi platform through feature development and enhancements
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks related to product development and delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on product goals and progress
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in product management, specifically during a high-impact delivery period, including driving launch execution and post-launch user insights.
- Ability to build frameworks and processes that ensure long-term product management success as the platform is refined and scaled.
- Experience in creating and managing digital infrastructure related to environmental impact data, including working with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs), Product Category Rules (PCRs), and other life-cycle standards.
- Proven ability to translate complex life-cycle standards into intuitive tools, workflows, and APIs that empower organizations to make informed, sustainable choices.
- Experience in planning and executing product launches, specifically with a target launch date of March 2026, and planning subsequent feature development and enhancements from March through June 2026 and beyond.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to perform in a multidisciplinary environment, potentially involving engineering, science, economics, public health, informational technology, and communications.
- The position may require the ability to work in a manner that supports long-term impact and scalability of the product platform.
