Job Description
The Manufacturing Project Manager leads manufacturing projects at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head, collaborating with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly project delivery while promoting continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery of manufacturing operations
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading projects within manufacturing operations, including partnering closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and leadership teams.
- Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Experience driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery within manufacturing projects.
