Job Description
The Manufacturing Project Manager will lead manufacturing projects at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head, collaborating with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading projects within manufacturing operations, including partnering closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and leadership teams.
- Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Experience driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery within manufacturing projects.
