The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems such as electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional environment at a federal site for a Department of Defense client.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure issues

Requirements
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within buildings, including electrical, plumbing, and general building infrastructure.
Possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues related to building systems and equipment.
Ability to work independently while ensuring a safe, efficient, and functional environment for all building occupants.
Must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The position is based out of a federal site in Indian Head, Maryland.
