Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems such as electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional environment at a federal site for a Department of Defense client.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure issues
- Work independently to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional environment
Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within buildings, including electrical, plumbing, and general building infrastructure.
- Possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues related to building systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring a safe, efficient, and functional environment for all building occupants.
- Must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The position is based out of a federal site in Indian Head, Maryland.
