Job Description
A Landscaper Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for groundskeeping and facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and operational environment at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head. The role involves routine landscaping, light repairs, and supporting minor renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, weed whacking, and snow removal
- Support facilities maintenance projects including painting, minor renovations, and light repairs
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with light repairs and maintenance of facilities and grounds
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, weed whacking, and snow removal.
- Support facilities maintenance projects including painting, minor renovation, and light repair.
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with landscaping tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
