Job Description
The Fire Protection Engineer will evaluate and design fire protection and life safety systems for new construction, renovations, and existing facilities, supporting a U.S. Navy client with facility design from concept through construction in a full-time onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and design fire protection and life safety systems for new construction, renovations, and existing facilities.
- Support facility design efforts from concept through construction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards in fire protection system design.
Requirements
- The candidate must have facility design experience to support the evaluation and design of fire protection and life safety systems for new construction, renovations, and existing industrial and administrative facilities.
- The candidate must be well-versed in applicable codes related to fire protection and life safety systems.
- The candidate must have hands-on experience supporting facility design efforts from concept through construction.
- This is a full-time onsite position at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head, MD.
