Job Description
The Facilities Design Program Manager oversees and leads facilities-related projects, including construction and design, supporting federal government clients such as the Department of Defense, ensuring project delivery on time, within scope, and budget while serving as a key liaison among clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee facilities-related projects, including construction and design, for federal government clients.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely and within scope delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate project activities.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a strong background in facilities projects such as construction and design.
- The candidate must demonstrate experience managing government consulting work.
- The candidate must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to the Washington, DC, metropolitan area to attend frequent on-site client and team meetings.
- The candidate must have experience leading and overseeing facilities-related projects in support of Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal government clients.
- The candidate must serve as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
