Job Description
The Facilities Condition Assessments Project Manager leads building assessment projects, manages teams, coordinates with clients, and ensures the delivery of high-quality reports, primarily through on-site evaluations of federal facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage facilities condition assessment projects at federal facilities
- Perform on-site inspections and evaluations of building conditions
- Manage project teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and communicate findings
- Ensure compliance with project scope, standards, and regulations
Requirements
- A strong technical background and hands-on experience performing and managing Facilities Condition Assessments (FCAs).
- Experience leading projects assessing the condition of buildings.
- Experience managing teams involved in FCAs.
- Experience coordinating with clients to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
- Ability to perform and manage FCAs in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to conduct on-site visits to federal facilities, with a preference for local candidates.
- Effective communication skills to perform and communicate project progress and findings.
- Prior experience in managing projects related to building assessments or similar facilities evaluations.
