Job Description
The Construction Project Manager oversees major facility, infrastructure, and renovation projects at the Naval Support Facility Indian Head, managing projects from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover
- Manage and coordinate major facility, infrastructure, and renovation projects at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head
- Ensure project compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to facilitate project progress
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Support major facility, infrastructure, and renovation projects at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover.
- Possess experience in overseeing construction projects from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover.
- Possess the skills to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, including prioritization and communication skills.
- Full-time availability at NSF Indian Head, Maryland.
- Ability to oversee projects from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover.
