Job Description
The Construction Project Manager oversees facility, infrastructure, and renovation projects at the Naval Support Facility Indian Head, managing them from pre-award planning through construction completion and turnover in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility, infrastructure, and renovation projects from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover.
- Manage project activities to ensure they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Support major facility, infrastructure, and renovation projects at the Naval Support Facility Indian Head from pre-award planning through construction execution and final turnover.
- This is a full-time onsite position at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head.
- The salary range for all positions depends on the years and type of experience.
