Job Description
ERG is seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and implementation of renovations and upgrades to existing buildings at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head, requiring effective project management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of renovations and upgrades to existing buildings at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head
- Develop architectural plans and specifications for building modifications
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as an Architect with the ability to lead the design and delivery for renovations and upgrades to existing buildings.
- Full-time onsite availability at the Naval Support Facility NSF Indian Head.
- Ability to lead the design and delivery for renovations and upgrades to existing buildings (implying experience in building renovation and upgrade projects).
