Job Description
The HR Data Analyst Intern role involves leveraging data analysis skills to improve HR programs, processes, and decision-making in a remote setting, supporting the company's mission to accelerate drug discovery and transform natural compounds into medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to support program improvements and decision-making
- Assist in developing and optimizing HR processes through data insights
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance HR initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Data Analysis, or related disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze HR data to improve programs, processes, and decisions.
- Ability to work remotely in a full-time internship capacity, with a weekly compensation of $1250.
- Demonstrated interest or passion for innovation and impact in the field of drug discovery or related industries.
