• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in public policy, political science, energy policy, economics, environmental studies, or a related field
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Interest in clean energy, grid modernization, and regulatory policy
• Familiarity with state or federal legislative and regulatory processes is a plus
• Comfort with technology and interest in using AI or data tools for research and synthesis
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
