Job Description
The Engineering Manager will lead the SupportHub team at EnergyHub, overseeing technical issue resolution, managing production challenges, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and scalability in the context of clean energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and execution for new team initiatives
- Guide team with clear direction and ensure resource availability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define mission, vision, and roadmap
- Participate in solution development and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Build team skills through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities
- Drive organizational evolution and process improvement efforts
Requirements
- Experience managing tier 3 support or software development teams.
- Core technical knowledge and experience with Java, Python, AWS, MongoDB, and PostGres.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to data-driven approaches to management and prioritization.
- Belief in continuous improvement.
