Job Description
A Senior Software Developer Java role focused on developing and improving an enterprise-grade time management and tracking platform used by legal and financial organizations, involving desktop, mobile, and web applications to enhance time capture, workflows, and billing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions using Java
- Improve time tracking accuracy, performance, reporting, and user experience of the platform
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to enhance the product ecosystem
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer Java with a focus on enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Experience developing and maintaining desktop, mobile, and web applications.
- Ability to contribute to the development of a scalable, mature, and mission-critical product ecosystem.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams focused on improving time tracking accuracy, performance, reporting, and user experience.
- Experience working with professional services organizations such as legal firms, accounting companies, investment banks, or consulting enterprises is preferred (implied by project context).
