• Strong ITIL expertise with solid experience in Application Management Services (AMS)
• Proven experience in managing stable production environments through effective governance of managed service vendors
• Demonstrated ability to ensure service reliability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement within a vendor-driven support model
• Strong project/program management skills with a track record of successful delivery
• High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor transitions and multi-party environments
