A Sales Manager responsible for promoting and selling the Doctor ELEKS medical information system in Kyiv, aimed at automating and improving healthcare operations across Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities for the Doctor ELEKS product in Kyiv.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
Present and demonstrate the medical information system to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet sales targets.
Requirements
Experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical information systems sector, with a proven track record of successfully selling complex software products.
Ability to understand and communicate the features and benefits of medical information systems, specifically products similar to Doctor ELEKS.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies to automate clinics, doctors, and patient workflows within the healthcare industry in Ukraine.
Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical professionals across Ukraine.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively present technological solutions and close sales deals.
Ability to work in Kyiv, Ukraine, and manage sales activities within the local market.
Experience in working with or selling to clients in the healthcare sector, understanding their needs and regulatory environment is desirable.
Fluency in Ukrainian and/or English to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
