The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling the Doctor ELEKS medical information system across various Ukrainian cities, helping to automate and improve healthcare operations through technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales activities for the Doctor ELEKS medical information system in Ukraine.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to promote the product.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical information systems industry, with a track record of successfully selling technological solutions to clinics, doctors, and patients.
Ability to work in offices located in Ukraine, specifically in Kyiv, with additional preference given to candidates willing to work in Львів, Тернопіль, or Івано-Франківськ.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively promote and sell the Doctor ELEKS medical information system.
Understanding of medical automation solutions and the healthcare industry to effectively position the product to potential clients.
Fluency in Ukrainian and/or English to communicate with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Ukrainian healthcare market.
Experience in managing client relationships and negotiating contracts within the healthcare sector.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel within Ukraine as required for client meetings and sales activities.
