Job Description

ELEKS Marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Campaigns Specialist in Poland, Croatia or other EU countries.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, SEM, display and social media advertising
Write attractive and concise copy for advertising and other marketing materials
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns
Provide marketing support for the sales team in the region

Requirements

Proven experience in setting up and optimizing LinkedIn, Xing, and Google ads campaigns for lead generation (3+ years)
Working knowledge of web analytics tools
German – upper-intermediate or higher, English – upper-intermediate or higher
Excellent research and analytical skills
Self-disciplined, organized and detail-oriented
Good team player
Experience working with B2B will be a plus
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications would be a plus
Thirst for knowledge constantly reading and studying
Willing and able to travel to Germany for business visits
