A Customer Support Specialist with technical expertise in IT and database management, responsible for assisting clients, providing technical support, and analyzing data within a Ukrainian medical information system to improve healthcare automation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients and users of the medical information system
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the system
- Work with databases to manage and analyze data within the medical platform
Requirements
- Active experience working in IT in Ukraine
- Confident skills in working with databases
