Subregional Design Lead, ANZ

Your role The Subregional Design Lead sits within the Design, Engineering & Construction (DE&C) function and is responsible for overseeing project set-up, design delivery, and technical coordination across the subregion. This role ensures adherence to global and regional design standards, drives consistency in design execution, and supports cross-functional teams in resolving design-related challenges. Operating at a strategic level, you will lead consultant teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered to high standards of quality, schedule, cost, and safety.
