Job Description
A sales professional specializing in diamonds, responsible for advising customers, building strong relationships, and growing the bridal jewelry segment for VRAI, a modern, sustainable diamond jewelry brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their purchasing journey for diamond jewelry.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the shopping experience.
- Drive sales and contribute to the growth of the bridal jewelry segment.
- Promote and educate customers about sustainably created diamonds.
- Create memorable experiences for customers during special milestones.
Requirements
- Experience in selling diamonds or high-value jewelry, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor in the customer journey and play an integral role in growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI.
- Passion for selling diamonds that are created sustainably and enthusiasm for the VRAI brand and its values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a memorable experience for customers during life’s special milestones.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first retail environment and work effectively as part of a nimble team.
