Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager, Development to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project management of project activities from initial stage through data center completion.
Facilitates cross-functional communications, meetings, and project activities to ensure successful data center development.
Responsible for coordinating multiple projects in various stages of the development continuum. Ensuring that assigned workflow is being achieved and that tasks and milestones are being reached in a timely fashion.
Manages document management and document control for important milestones throughout a project lifecycle.
Preparation of dashboards and presentations to Senior Management Team.
Participates and supports executive presentations.
Build and publish recurring portfolio dashboards and the monthly executive reporting package.
Identifies risks and dependencies early, escalating to stakeholders for timely resolution.
Ensures adherence to standardized development management processes, tools, and templates aligned with CyrusOne’s global development framework.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the built industry with project values greater than $500M, preferably in the data center or complex building industry.
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include engineering, architecture, planning, or project management.
Experience working with consultants (civil, environmental, survey, permitting), engineering firms and general contractors.
Prior experience with large‑scale data center projects preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools and reporting dashboards.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
Ability to interface effectively with technical, commercial, and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
