Job Description
The Controls Field Engineer supports the availability, reliability, and day-to-day operation of EPMS and BMS control systems across assigned data center sites within a defined region.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in industrial controls, facilities automation, or mission critical environments (data center experience preferred).
- Hands‑on experience supporting EPMS, BMS, or BAS platforms.
- Prior data center experience supporting 24×7 operations.
- Commissioning or startup experience in electrical or mechanical control systems.
- Experience with platforms such as Delta, Ignition, ALC, Schneider, Eaton, or similar.
- Comfort working at the intersection of software, networking, and physical infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooter with practical electrical intuition
- Comfortable working in live, mission critical environments.
- Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation habits.
- Calm, collaborative, and operationally focused.
- Able to balance site-level urgency with regional consistency.
