Asset Manager

• Budgeting / Forecasting: responsible for assisting with the preparation of asset-level budgets inclusive of Revenue, Opex, and Capex in coordination with the Corporate FP&A team. The Asset Manager will also provide executive reporting on asset performance and assist with updating forecasts as needed
• Deal Sourcing / Underwriting: Target and evaluate both new business and renewal opportunities in conjunction with portfolio-specific and general firm investment criteria
• Due Diligence: Undertake detailed analysis of each property’s: (A) tenants and in-place leases; (B) operating and financial statements; (C) market and competitive position; (D) other pertinent property-level factors in order to optimize profitability and customer service

Must be able to work as part of a team and have effective interpersonal communication skills; along with fluency in Microsoft Office; ability to undertake detailed analysis and to make well-reasoned, decisive recommendations to senior management.
