Job Description

The Treasury Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables oversees daily cash management, banking relationships, and online banking portal administration to ensure liquidity, financial risk mitigation, and compliance within a sustainable energy company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positioning, reporting, and liquidity to meet financial obligations
  • Analyze cash flow forecasts to identify funding needs and excess cash for investment
  • Review, approve, and process electronic payments such as wire transfers and ACH transfers
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage bank account analysis statements
  • Act as the primary administrator for all online banking portals, managing user access and security
  • Establish and enforce internal controls over bank portal access and treasury activities
  • Manage banking relationships and collaborate with financial institutions and service providers

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury or cash management, including hands-on experience as a bank portal administrator.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, online bank portals, and treasury management systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams under tight deadlines.
