Job Description
The Senior Account Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables is responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strategic alignment within the company's solar and storage operations, while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions
- Achieve revenue targets through account management, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
- Develop and execute account plans to meet client and company goals
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements, ensuring account profitability
- Act as the client advocate within the organization, gathering feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients to ensure seamless transitions
- Respond to RFPs by preparing tailored proposals aligned with client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and account planning strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex client portfolios and navigate challenging situations effectively.
