Job Description
A Senior Account Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables is responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth through strategic account development, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the company's solar and storage operations division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, serve as primary contact for escalations and strategic discussions
- Build and maintain long-term client trust and loyalty
- Achieve revenue targets through account management and growth initiatives
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and execute account plans to meet client and company goals
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements
- Monitor account profitability and address financial challenges
- Act as escalation point for financial issues and resolve disputes
- Represent client interests internally to align teams with client priorities
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services
- Lead onboarding process for new clients to ensure seamless transition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience with CRM tools and account planning strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex client portfolios and navigate challenging situations effectively
