Job Description

The NetSuite Technical Lead Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's financial systems ecosystem, including NetSuite and related tools, to support finance operations, system integrations, security, and scalability in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure NetSuite as the primary financial systems administrator, including roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and sandbox environments.
  • Design, implement, and oversee system integrations, enhancements, and automations across financial tools such as NSPB, Avalara, Rillion, FloQast, and banking platforms.
  • Support finance and accounting teams with reporting, compliance audits, automation, and system-related processes throughout key financial cycles.
  • Ensure system governance, data integrity, and security across all financial platforms.
  • Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, backups, security patches, and stay current with NetSuite updates and best practices.

Requirements

  • Five years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience in a multi-entity or global environment.
  • Deep understanding of core NetSuite modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Projects, and Fixed Assets.
  • Strong proficiency with saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows within NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with adjacent systems such as NetSuite Planning Budgeting (NSPB), Avalara, Rillion, and FloQast.
  • Proven experience delivering system enhancements and managing change requests in NetSuite.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
