Job Description

The Customer Service Manager oversees daily client support and operational excellence for solar and storage maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement within a renewable energy company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational inquiries and client requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues promptly to meet SLAs.
  • Facilitate regular customer discussions to review ongoing activities and concerns.
  • Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and SLAs through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor service activities to ensure timely maintenance and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and service performance reviews to monitor client satisfaction.
  • Identify operational workflow improvements and implement solutions.
  • Provide detailed reports on service metrics and client satisfaction levels.
  • Manage documentation and compliance within CMMS and ShareFolder systems.
  • Partner with the Account Manager to align on client strategies and escalate concerns or growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related role, preferably within the renewable energy or utilities sector.
  • Familiarity with Solar PV and Energy Storage systems, including their operations and maintenance.
  • Experience with service management tools, CMMS platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
