Job Description
The Customer Service Manager oversees daily client support and operational excellence for solar and storage projects, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong client relationships within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational inquiries and client requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues promptly to ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and SLAs by collaborating with internal teams.
- Monitor service activities to maintain timely maintenance and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and service performance reviews to address concerns and manage expectations.
- Identify operational workflow improvements and implement solutions.
- Provide detailed reports on service metrics such as uptime, response times, and client satisfaction.
- Manage documentation and compliance within CMMS and ShareFolder systems.
- Partner with the Account Manager to align on client strategies, objectives, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related role, preferably within the renewable energy or utilities sector.
- Familiarity with Solar PV and Energy Storage systems, including their operations and maintenance.
- Experience with service management tools, CMMS platforms, and reporting systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
