Job Description
The Associate, Capital Markets at Cypress Creek Renewables supports financial analysis, investment strategy, and corporate development activities related to renewable energy projects, working closely with executive teams to evaluate and execute strategic capital investments in solar, storage, and data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses for debt transactions and long-term financial planning
- Conduct valuation and investment analysis for financial sponsors and the Board of Directors
- Execute corporate financing activities in collaboration with cross-divisional teams
- Review and assess capital investments with Development, Structured Finance, M&A, and Investment Analytics teams
- Develop expertise in solar, storage, and data center industries
- Conduct corporate and debt issuance rating analysis for private placements
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, engineers, and consultants on financing activities
- Oversee compliance and reporting activities for existing and new financings
- Support strategic initiatives in partnership with executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS); MBAs are welcome
- 3-5 years of Excel-based financial modeling experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong desire to work in the energy industry with focus on renewables
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and accountability
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
- Organized, diligent, and able to track manage multiple streams of information on an ongoing basis
- Successful completion of an Excel-based modeling test will be required

Salary range of 130,000-145,000 plus bonus and benefits
