The role involves supporting strategic capital investments through financial analysis, valuation, and corporate development activities within a renewable energy company focused on solar, storage, and data centers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses for corporate debt transactions and long-term financial planning
Conduct valuation and investment analysis for financial sponsors and Board of Directors
Execute cross-divisional corporate development activities on behalf of the CIO's office
Collaborate with Development, Structured Finance, M&A, and Investment Analytics teams to review and finance capital investments
Develop expertise in solar, storage, and data center industries
Support evaluation and execution of strategic capital investments in partnership with executive teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS); Master's degree (MBA) is welcome.
3-5 years of Excel-based financial modeling experience.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong desire to work in the energy industry with focus on renewables.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and accountability.
Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Organized, diligent, and able to track and manage multiple streams of information on an ongoing basis.
