Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Control Room Operator (CRO) to coordinate all on-shift operations at our power facility. This senior-level role is primarily responsible for the safe operation of all plant equipment across a variety of scenarios, ranging from cold plant startups to emergency operations during plant upsets. You will serve as an individual contributor within the Operations & Maintenance Department, making critical decisions on non-routine or escalated technical issues with limited supervision.
- The ideal candidate possesses excellent troubleshooting, diagnosis, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of using Distributive Control Systems (DCS) to monitor and adjust operating parameters. This role is vital for ensuring compliance with all local, State, and Federal regulations while driving plant efficiency and safety. (#INDMFG)
