A Senior Technical Project Manager will oversee complex engineering projects related to the design and construction of fusion energy systems at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, ensuring project plans are executed effectively to support the development of fusion power plants.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and establish comprehensive plans for engineering, design, and construction of complex process systems.
Drive the execution of engineering projects within the SPARC fusion machine to meet project requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Requirements
Experience in driving complex engineering projects within a Program Management Office (PMO), specifically related to engineering, design, and construction of highly engineered process systems.
Ability to establish a comprehensive project plan around the engineering, design, and construction of complex highly engineered process systems.
Proven track record of ensuring team execution to meet project requirements and plans.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage and deliver engineering projects successfully.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on integrity, execution, impact, and self-critique.
Ability to work onsite at Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS).
