A Senior Technical Project Manager will oversee and coordinate complex engineering projects related to the design, construction, and operation of fusion energy systems, ensuring project plans are executed effectively within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and establish comprehensive plans for engineering, design, and construction of complex process systems.
Drive the execution of engineering projects within the SPARC fusion machine to meet project requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Requirements
Experience in driving complex engineering projects within a program management office (PMO) environment.
Ability to establish comprehensive plans around the engineering, design, and construction of complex highly engineered process systems.
Proven track record of ensuring project teams execute to meet established project requirements and plans.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects related to engineering, design, and construction of highly engineered process systems, preferably within the fusion energy or similar high-technology industries.
