Job Description
A Senior Technical Project Manager will lead and coordinate complex engineering projects related to the design, construction, and execution of fusion energy systems, ensuring project plans are followed and objectives are met within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and establish comprehensive plans for engineering, design, and construction of complex process systems.
- Drive the execution of engineering projects within the SPARC fusion machine program.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
- Experience in driving complex engineering projects within a Program Management Office (PMO).
- Ability to establish a comprehensive plan around the engineering, design, and construction of complex highly engineered process systems.
- Proven track record of ensuring team execution to meet project requirements and plans.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage and deliver engineering projects successfully.
- Experience working on or managing projects related to fusion energy, nuclear, or other highly engineered process systems (implied by the context of SPARC and fusion power plants).
