The Senior Supply Chain Engineer partners with various business units to develop critical suppliers, improve performance, expand capacity, and ensure quality and consistency of products for fusion energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Design Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Procurement to develop critical suppliers.
Coach suppliers to achieve performance targets and expand capacity.
Ensure suppliers meet quality requirements and provide consistent products.
Requirements
Partner with different business units, such as Design Engineering, R D, Quality, and Procurement, to coach and develop critical suppliers in achieving performance targets, expanding capacity, hitting certain quality requirements, and providing consistent product.
Experience in supply chain management, supplier development, or related roles with a proven track record of improving supplier performance and capacity.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering results.
Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, specifically Export Control Laws, as a condition of employment.
