The Senior Supply Chain Engineer will collaborate with various business units to develop and manage critical suppliers, ensuring they meet performance, capacity, and quality targets to support the company's fusion energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Design Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Procurement to develop critical suppliers.
Coach suppliers to achieve performance targets, expand capacity, and meet quality requirements.
Ensure suppliers provide consistent and quality products.
Requirements
Partner with different business units, such as Design Engineering, R D, Quality, and Procurement, to coach and develop critical suppliers in achieving performance targets, expanding capacity, hitting certain quality requirements, and providing consistent product.
Experience in supply chain management, supplier development, or a related field with a proven track record of developing suppliers to meet performance and quality standards.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering results.
Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, specifically Export Control Laws, as a condition of employment.
