Job Description

A Senior Cybersecurity Engineer responsible for ensuring and maintaining the organization's cybersecurity compliance, integrating security requirements into IT systems, conducting vulnerability assessments, and supporting data privacy and security standards across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and mature the organization's cybersecurity compliance posture across industry standards such as ISO 27001.
  • Integrate security requirements into IT systems and collaborate with architects to implement best practices.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and maintain secure baselines for IT systems.
  • Support and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to security and data privacy.
  • Collaborate across IT and broader teams to promote security and compliance initiatives.
  • Use compliance expertise to support all employees and safeguard sensitive data.
  • Lead efforts to uphold security standards and build trust through proactive data protection measures.

Requirements

  • Experience in cybersecurity compliance, including maturing and maintaining cybersecurity compliance posture across a diverse portfolio of industry standards, including ISO 27001.
  • Ability to integrate security requirements into IT systems.
  • Experience conducting vulnerability assessments.
  • Experience maintaining secure baselines and implementing cybersecurity best practices.
  • Deep technical expertise in compliance and privacy.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proactive and strategic approach to safeguarding sensitive data and fostering trust.
  • Leadership and hands-on contribution to ensure organization remains at the forefront of security and compliance.
  • Support all employees across all sites through compliance efforts.
  • Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws).
