Job Description
A Quality Assurance Operations Specialist responsible for executing core QA processes, managing inspection data, validating system changes, and training engineers and technicians to improve tool usability and efficiency within a fast-paced fusion energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute core QA processes including NCRs, DCRM, RCCAs, and inspection data management.
- Validate system changes in Odoo, Manufacturer, and M-files.
- Train engineers and technicians on QA systems and processes.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance tool usability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Support the daily execution of core QA processes, including NCRs, DCRM, RCCAs, and inspection data management.
- Validate system changes in Odoo, Manufacturer, and M-files.
- Act as a key trainer for engineers and technicians to improve tool usability and efficiency.
- Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws).
