Job Description
A Production Technician Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of technicians and welders in a fast-paced environment, focusing on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to support the manufacturing of fusion energy components.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of technicians and welders.
- Develop and oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and manage team members.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience leading a high performing team consisting of technicians and welding skill sets.
- Exceptional people skills and the ability to develop and manage production team members cross-functionally.
- Passion for continuous improvement in production processes and team performance.
- Ability to work on the third shift with a shift differential of 15%.
- Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws).
