Job Description

The NDT Ultrasonic UT Inspector will perform ultrasonic inspections on weldments and other components to support manufacturing and research activities for a fusion energy company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily ultrasonic inspections on weldments and other applications
  • Conduct testing activities to support manufacturing operations and research & development
  • Ensure compliance with export control laws related to protected technologies and information

Requirements

  • Experience as an Ultrasonic NDT Inspector conducting inspection and test activities for ultrasonic applications, including daily inspections on weldments, supporting manufacturing operations and research and development.
  • Ability to perform ultrasonic inspections and tests on weldments and other ultrasonic applications as part of the inspection process.
  • Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, specifically Export Control Laws, as a condition of employment.
