Job Description

The Contract Mechanical Engineer - Radiological Tooling will design, test, and validate mechanical subsystems and tools for operations in radiologically activated environments, supporting the development of fusion energy technology at Commonwealth Fusion Systems.

Requirements

  • Design a variety of mechanical subsystems and tools for executing and supporting operations in radiologically activated environments.
  • Collaborate heavily in designing, testing, and validating new systems.
  • Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws) is required, and any offer of employment will be contingent on this compliance.
