Material Coordinator - Second Shift - Contract

• Interface between Planning, Materials Management, Procurement, Quality, Production/Construction/Assembly and Design to support time sensitive, priorities for ongoing builds • Modify work orders based on needs and initiate kitting of materials with the warehouse team • Coordinate logistics of material through the factory • Monitor material readiness and work with procurement, planning, and materials management to mitigate downtime due to material shortages • Utilize shop floor applications to manage resource workloads • Maintain work order status reports and balance resources to facilitate high utilization of work centers • Perform other duties as required

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs • Perform activities such as stooping, typing, standing, sitting or working on ladders and scissor lifts for extended periods of time • Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics • Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
