Job Description
The Manufacturing Specialist - Second Shift is responsible for implementing production process improvements and enhancing manufacturing efficiency, collaborating with engineering teams to reduce equipment downtime and improve quality rates while providing first-tier engineering support for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of production process improvements
- Collaborate with manufacturing and equipment engineering teams
- Identify, implement, and track performance of equipment and process improvement activities
- Reduce equipment downtime and improve quality rates
- Provide first tier of engineering support for production
Requirements
- Experience in supporting implementation of production process improvements and manufacturing efficiency improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing and equipment engineering teams.
- Experience in identifying, implementing, and tracking the performance of equipment and process improvement activities.
- Ability to reduce equipment downtime and improve quality rates.
- Experience as the first tier of engineering support for production.
