Job Description
A Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced fusion energy production environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams on second shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Design manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Implement manufacturing process improvements
- Optimize manufacturing workflows across the production line
- Collaborate with design engineers, production staff, quality assurance, and supply chain teams
Requirements
- Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across the production line.
- Ability to collaborate closely with design engineers, production staff, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
- Detail-oriented, innovative, and results-driven mindset.
- Availability to work the second shift from Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
- Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws).
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 including 10 shift differential
Work schedule Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
