A Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced fusion energy production environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams on second shift.

Requirements
Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across the production line.
Ability to collaborate closely with design engineers, production staff, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
Detail-oriented, innovative, and results-driven mindset.
Availability to work the second shift from Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws).

Salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 including 10 shift differential
