The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, building and optimizing the company's hiring processes, and enhancing employer branding to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization
Partner with hiring managers, HR team, and external networks to source candidates
Build and optimize the company's recruiting infrastructure
Shape and promote CleanSpark's employer brand to attract top talent
Ensure a proactive, inclusive, and high-quality hiring process
Requirements
Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy, as the role may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across an organization.
Ability to build and optimize recruiting infrastructure to support talent acquisition efforts.
Partnering closely with hiring managers, the HR team, and external networks to deliver a proactive, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experience.
Experience in shaping and promoting an employer brand to attract, engage, and retain top talent in alignment with company goals and culture.
