Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, building and optimizing the company's hiring processes, and enhancing employer branding to attract and retain top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR team, and external networks to source candidates
  • Build and optimize the company's recruiting infrastructure
  • Shape and promote CleanSpark's employer brand to attract top talent
  • Ensure a proactive, inclusive, and high-quality hiring process

Requirements

  • Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy, as the role may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
  • Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across an organization.
  • Ability to build and optimize recruiting infrastructure to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers, the HR team, and external networks to deliver a proactive, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experience.
  • Experience in shaping and promoting an employer brand to attract, engage, and retain top talent in alignment with company goals and culture.
