Job Description
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving system performance in mining facilities by identifying risks, analyzing failures, and implementing corrective actions across various technical areas, often working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify reliability risks and analyze equipment failures
- Implement corrective actions to improve system performance
- Conduct root cause investigations across various systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on reliability initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in identifying reliability risks, analyzing equipment failures, and implementing corrective actions
- Knowledge of thermal management systems involving air and liquid cooling
- Experience with acoustics and control systems related to equipment reliability
- Ability to conduct root cause investigations of equipment failures
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners in reliability improvement initiatives
