Job Description

The HR Generalist supports CleanSpark's workforce by managing daily HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and driving HR initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
  • Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers to foster a positive workplace culture

Requirements

  • Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark’s vehicle insurance policy, as the position may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
  • The candidate must have experience supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance training, and engagement initiatives.
  • The candidate must have the ability to maintain accurate HR records and HR reporting.
  • The candidate must ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws relevant to the locations where the company operates.
  • The candidate must act as a trusted partner to employees and managers to help build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
