The HR Generalist supports CleanSpark's workforce by managing daily HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and driving HR initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements
Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark’s vehicle insurance policy, as the position may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
The candidate must have experience supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance training, and engagement initiatives.
The candidate must have the ability to maintain accurate HR records and HR reporting.
The candidate must ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws relevant to the locations where the company operates.
